Bathroom Showroom Salesperson for our Flagship Newtownabbey Showroom.

THE ROLE

The role of the Showroom Salesperson is to increase sales in our fitted bathrooms within HHI. The purpose of this position is to provide sales assistance and quotations to customer’s specifications. The position also involves liaising with colleagues in the day-to-day operation of the branch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Point of contact within HHI for customer sales support and maintaining excellent customer service
Providing full refurbishment estimates and quotations to customers.
Providing sales support to external staff and assistance where required.
Provide first-class customer service and after-sales service to all HHI customers.
Filing and general administration duties as required.
Upkeep and maintenance of the excellent showroom including responsibility for Health and Safety in line with legislation

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years’ experience in a similar role would be desirable but not essential.
Bathroom Sales experience is essential.
IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and a strong team player.
